Too loud.

Too loud and is clipping a lot, maybe so loud that it is actually distorting, not just clipping. For once in my life, I'm actually going to say turn down the volume!!

I do love the melody and the vocals though, and that's what held onto me for this song. If it hadn't been for them, I probably wouldn't listen to it because it's, no offense, a bit poorly mastered.

Come on Ethalyn, I know you can do better mastering than this!!!!

Good song overall, but the mastering killed it to a small degree.

Now dis is a really really cool song here. I like that pikey synth you had goin there around 0:41. I also like how you kept it in there and started fading in the kick. I just think you shoulda put some bass in the song and brought it in sooner. That would have made the song soo much fuller.

I agree.

I don't think the fullness is to what it should be. I also see this as more House, not Trance.

I think the backwards kick should stop at around 0:44. After that, it get's old and outa place.

If you fill up the song with more melodies I think this could be much better.

You're an amazing artist.

But the offbeat bass ruins the whole song, and that's why I docked a point. You should really use more Trance bass with this song, cause this is one hell of an epic Trance song. If you want me too I can come up with a bass pattern and a bass preset for this song that goes with it better, cause the offbeat bass just doesn't belong.

Other than that I loved this song. You are one hell of an amazing artist. :)

No Snares DX

Never use snares for how you are using them, use claps for that place.

The kick is also to quiet, and try to keep the open hi hats "kick hat kick hat kick hat kick hat", not "kick hat kick hat kick hat kick hathat". I didn't really like the hat sample either.

Try using low pass filtering in your songs too. At 1:47 it really needed that.

This song should have ended at 2:57. The piano part wasn't all that good and it didn't add to the song.

I still wouldn't call this Trance, I would call it more Dance or Techno because of the overused SuperSaw.

Still need to work on many things, like keeping your song less repetitive.

Not bad.

It does sound like a video game song, like a boss battle. I also suggest if you're making Dance, don't use a snare for that purpose. Use a clap.

Also, this song does get repetitive. And if you're using a Soundgoodizer, don't. If you're using a Limiter, you've got the ceiling too low.

The song went too long then it should have. It shoulda stopped at 1:50.

You still need A LOT of work, but you are getting better.

Lol, Mixcraft.

Haha I used to have Mixcraft, and I know that the loops weren't this bad. You just have all the loops all overtop each other, and not changing the volume levels, which sounds TERRIBLE! One piano loop at a time dude! The ones you have going sound like shit together.

Also, get Fruity Loops. It's much better than that piece of shit software Mixcraft. Fruity Loops is so much better trust me.
